Refunds are available only for service-based products if we are unable to deliver the agreed solution. Refunds are not available for extensions or commercial licenses.

GPLv3 allows free use, modification, and redistribution of the product as open source. Commercial License allows you to use the product in proprietary or commercial projects without GPL obligations.
