1. Account Registration

• To use certain features, you must register an account with your firstname, lastname and email address.
• Each email address can only be used for one account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

2. Products & Licensing

• All downloadable extensions are distributed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0).
• Users are free to use, modify, and distribute the products under the terms of the GPL v3 license.
• Free versions of the products must retain the original copyright notice and display a visible backlink to ercan.dev. Removing, altering, or hiding the backlink is strictly prohibited.
• Paid versions are exempt from the backlink requirement and may be used without mandatory attribution.
• For detailed license information, please refer to the LICENSE.txt file included with each product package or visit the official GPL v3 site.

3. Payments & Billing

• Payments for paid products are accepted only via Bitcoin due to limitations in available payment services.
• No invoices are provided and purchases are considered final upon confirmation of Bitcoin transaction.
• All paid products are sold as subscription-based licenses available in durations of 1 month, 6 months, or 12 months.
• Users will have access to the latest package files and support only during the active subscription period.
• When the subscription expires, access to updates and support will be revoked unless a new subscription is purchased.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Paid downloadable products are non-refundable.
• Service-based offerings (such as support or custom development) may be eligible for a refund if the provided service fails to meet the customer’s request or requirements, at the sole discretion of the operator.
• Please note that subscriptions are time-limited, and access ends automatically when the subscription period expires.

5. Support Policy

• Free and paid users may receive support for plugins or services.
• Support is available only during the active subscription period.
• Users with expired subscriptions must renew to regain access to updates and support.
• Plugins are guaranteed to be compatible with the latest four (4) OpenCart versions and the latest version of the previous major release (total of 5 versions).
• For older OpenCart versions, support will be available only through the Support Service product.
• Support is not guaranteed for websites that contain or promote illegal content, such as pornography or gambling.

6. Account Deletion

• Accounts cannot be deleted by the user directly from the website.
• To delete your account and all associated data, please email your request. Your data will be permanently deleted upon confirmation.

7. Modifications to Terms

• These Terms may be updated or changed at any time.
• Users will be notified via email of significant changes.

8. Disclaimer

• All products and services are provided "as is", without any guarantees or warranties.
• ercan.dev shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of products, especially in commercial or production environments.
• Compatibility outside the specified OpenCart versions is not guaranteed and may require purchasing a separate support package.
